The display of the automatic stripping machine(3.2㎡) applied to 100kt/a scale zinc smelter.

The automatic stripping machinet (3.2 ) mainly includes stripping conveyor line, mechanical pre-opening ㎡device, main stripping device, braking device, zinc sheet conveying device, palletizing device and combined transfer device. The processing capacity per unit is ≥200 pieces per hour. Cathode plates, 2 sets of automatic zinc stripping units can meet the production requirements of automatic stripping machinet in scale 100kt/a zinc electrowinning workshop.

The display of automatic multifunction crane used in 100kt/a scale zinc smelting enterprise

The function of the automatic multifunctional crane is to take the cathodes and anodes into or out of the electrolytic cells, and to transport cathodes between the cells and the conveyors, and anodes between the cells and the anode car. The crane also can wash the cathodes, contacts and equipotential bars. It is the key equipment in the zinc electrowinning plant, which integrates mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic equipments. Zhongji Sunward is the only one in China which has succeeded in developing the automatic multifunctional crane and putting it into industrial application.

The display of anode car and anode cleaning and flattening system(3.2㎡)

Our company is the first enterprise that has successfully developed anode car and anode cleaning and flattening system for zinc electrolysis workshop in China. It can be equipped with mechanical pretreatment equipment. The anode plate can be pretreated by pretreatment equipment before entering flattening machine, which greatly reduces water consumption of high pressure water cleaning system and increases electricity consumption. The efficiency and anode surface cleanliness are increased, and the service life of the anode plate is prolonged.

The display of Vertical Ultra-fine Mill

The ZSM-series vertical ultra-fine mill developed by Zhongji Sunward mainly consists of feeding system, drive system and agitation system. For the process of oxygen pressure leaching, using ZSM mill to mill the crude pulp into ultra-fine level can improve the leaching ratio. For the nonferrous-metal minerals with fine-grained dissemination which are hard to process, to mill the minerals into ultra-fine level can achieve sufficient individual separation, which is an effective way to raise the recovery ratio and obtain concentrate of high quality.

Flotation columns for molybdenum

In 2003, Zhongji Sunward’s CCF flotation columns succeeded in the first trial run in the third concentration company of a group. After 13 years’ development, Zhongji Sunward has sold over 200 flotation columns in Luanchuan, Henan, accounting for over 90% of the market share in the district. The CCF flotation column has been used in the roughing of molybdenum, not limited to the concentrate of molybdenum.

Cylinder washer in the ore washing plant of the nickel laterite ore.（5000kt/a）

To meet the technological requirements, processing of two phases in the ore washing is necessary. The cylinder washer is used in the Phase I. According to the technological requirements, the cylinder washer has two jobs: first, to separate the ores of -50mm (or -20mm) and wash them into the equipment of Phase II; second, to ensure sufficient washing time to clear the ores or gravel of +50mm (or +20mm) for the purpose of recovery or remove respectively.

Launder washer is used in the Phase II of ore washing to scrub the materials of -50mm (or -20mm) separated from the cylinder washer. It has two jobs: first, to break the clod of over 2mm and scrub away the clay from the ores, or scrub away the ore fines from the gravel; second, to recycle (or drop) through overflow the suspending materials (clay or ore fines) whose size is less than that in the design requirement (e.g. -2mm), and recycle (or drop) through counter-current the ores (or gravel) whose size is larger than that in the design requirement (e.g. +2mm).
