CINF is one of the earliest design units to obtain theGrade AQualification for ConstructionEngineering, and the earliest unit to launch high-rise building design in Hunan Province. Over the past 60 years since the establishment, wehaveundertaken more than 1,000 large-scale civil construction projects in China. At present, we ownmore than 50 registered architects, registered structural engineers, registered planners and registered equipment engineers, one of the first architectural design masters and two outstanding designers in Hunan Province. We alsohave a number of senior designers engaged in planning, general drawing, electricity, communication, water supply and drainage, HVAC, technical economy, budget estimation and other specialties, with strong technical force and a wide range of business. From civil to industrial, andarchitecture to planning, we have accumulated rich design experience and technical support,undertaken the planning and architectural design of large-scale projects all over China,carried out relatively comprehensive engineering practice and experience summarythrough the planning of large-scale comprehensive urban development projects, high-tech parks, human settlements and environmental planning, modern mobile communication, office, hotel, education and residential buildings.A number of our design projects have won provincial, ministerial and national outstanding engineering design awards or scientific and technological progress awards, totaling 50 times, and achieved outstanding social and economic benefits.

CINF’sbusiness departments engaged in civil architectural design include architectural planning and design institutes (including Zhuhai Branch), civil engineering division, Xiamen Branch and municipal division.

We have Zeng Yihai Master Studio to continuously create high-level architectural design works.

UrbanComplex:CINFis one of the earliest units in Hunan province to design urban complexes. With the rapid development of modern city, large-scale commercial complex projects are one of our traditional advantageous projects. Our design projects include the early Oriental Bailian Mansion,the large-scale commercial complexes such as Guozhong-Xingcheng Wanguo Commercial Plaza and Mingfa Xingcheng Outlets. Bailian Orient Building design has won the first prize of Hunan Excellent Engineering Design in 2006, andGuozhong-Xingcheng Wanguo Commercial Plaza haswon the second prize of Hunan Excellent Engineering Design in 2018.
